DO NOT SHOP HERE.....THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF...BOUGHT A WALKER THERE AND WITHIN A MONTH IT BECAME VERY LOSE AND NOT STABLE MY DOCTOR TOLD ME TO RETURN IT.....I WENT DOWN THEE AND THEY WOULDN'T TAKE IT BACK AND WOULDN'T GIVE ME A RETURN....THE WOMEN DOWN THERE TOLD ME I AS USING IT WRONG WHAT !!!!...STAY AAY THERE ARE A TOLD RIP OFF.....AND MY DOCTOR WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM

I love this place. They have helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have lots of supplies. I bought a chair for my husband, and when there was an issue, they'd responded quickly. The time it made a noise, I sent them a video. They immediately came to the house to try to fix it, and they sent the video to the manufacturer and got things resolved. I really appreciate their commitment to us as valued customers and my husbands comfort. ❤️

This was our 1st time visiting this medical store. The store was very clean and organized and we felt very safe to look around. Our associate Jay was awesome. His knowledge of the recliners upstairs was very helpful to us in making a decision to purchase one. We appreciate all of his help and making my mom and sister and I comfortable. I purchased a bed from them yesterday and spent nearly 7k on a bed for my mother in law who is going into assisted living. She's been through alot with covid and death of her husband. I wanted to make sure she had something nice to sleep in so the family pitched in to purchase the bed. Here's my experience with this company. Bed and Mattress 1) Sales rep told me the bed frame and mattress were brand new. 2) When we received the bed frame it had scratches, dents and the mattress box had rips. 3) We could not get the right rail to go up and realized that it was installed wrong. And now we have to fix it. Delivery 4) They recommended a delivery service called lugg.com to deliver the bed. 5) I had to ask the delivery guys to put the mattress on top of the box. One didn't want to do it and other said let's do it. Delivery experience was horrible. Customer Service. 6) I found the bed. They emailed me a quote. I paid for the bed. I scheduled lugg.com upon their recommendation since they don't have their own delivery. 7) Manager called me after I complained to the sales rep that the items had rips and scratches on them. Manager tells me. "It's brand new and if you don't like the bed, you can return it since there's a shortage everywhere." Wow! after a long day of emotions running high for my family due to the move of my 83 year old mother into assisted living, this is what their mangaer tells me to do after we paid nearly 7k for a bed and delivery. Great. Thanks.

After visiting multiple other medical supply shops, I found absolute gold here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and truly there to help you. I explained to the other stores what was needed for radiation therapy wound care treatment and showed them the brand-name product I was recommended. This team was the only one that understood the treatment and assisted me with finding a longer term and much more cost effective solution. I will continue to trust this team with all of my future medical product needs. A big thank you to the team and for helping me resolve this issue and assist with my family member's post breast cancer treatment.

This is a great place for medical supplies. The customer service is the best I have seen in a long long time. I was at the store trying to figure out what I need for my elderly mom and the owner (Divya) spent half an hour showing me all the possible solutions they have and advising me on how to take care of my mom.
